These Terms govern your use of Nuroe Consumer, provided by Neural Assembly Int AB, Sweden ("Nuroe", "we", "us"), which includes:
the Nuroe Parent app available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store;
the Nuroe Training app, accessed through a web browser or within the Parent app; and
the parts of nuroe.com that relate to Nuroe Consumer.
These Terms do not apply to Nuroe School or other services provided by Neural Assembly unless explicitly stated.
By creating a Nuroe Consumer account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Nuroe uses adult-managed accounts. You may create training profiles for yourself or family members you are authorised to manage.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access credentials and training links secure.
2. The service
Nuroe provides cognitive training and tools for following training progress.
Nuroe is a cognitive training and wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, psychological or neurodevelopmental condition.
Nuroe is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Paid access is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Nuroe offers recurring subscription access. The price, billing period and any free-trial period are shown before you confirm your purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription if it is not cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by the relevant app store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the relevant app store. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting your Nuroe account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Refund requests are generally handled by the app store through which the purchase was made.
4. Your account and training profiles
You must provide accurate information and use Nuroe lawfully.
You must not:
attempt to access another person's account or training profile without permission;
share or misuse access credentials in a way that compromises another person's data;
interfere with or attempt to circumvent the security of Nuroe;
use Nuroe in a fraudulent or abusive manner; or
reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You can delete individual training profiles or your Nuroe account from the service.
Our handling of personal data after deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nuroe available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
We may update or change the service to improve it, maintain security, comply with law or develop Nuroe.
We may discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to:
protect Nuroe or its users;
investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents;
comply with law; or
address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will inform you of the reason.
Suspending or deleting a Nuroe account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google.
7. Intellectual property
Nuroe and its software, training content, design and other materials are owned by Neural Assembly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your subscription gives you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use Nuroe in accordance with these Terms.
8. Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for using Nuroe in accordance with these Terms and for decisions you make based on your use of the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neural Assembly is not responsible for indirect losses or losses resulting from use of Nuroe contrary to its intended purpose.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to Nuroe, applicable law, security requirements or legitimate operational needs.
We will notify users of material changes where appropriate and identify the effective date of each version.
Previous versions are archived for reference.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute with you, you may be able to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or another competent consumer dispute-resolution body.
